How is Pricing determined by HCM?
The HCM Pricing Process:
We ask that before pricing will be determined, to please Contact Us first.
Please fill out the required Consultation Starter Form: and we will respond after having reviewed it.
Feel free to contact us via email if you have specific questions about your free consultation.
Pricing for a session is determined based off of the consultation and provided information about the inquired session. Our photographer will review your case and then follow up with you via Email during our business hours and as soon as possible.

How do I contact you when I need to make a consultation appointment or ask questions?
You are always welcome to reach out to us via email (support@harmoncrewmedia.com) & on this page: Contact Us. Our photographer will get back to your original correspondence as soon as they are able.

Photographer's available booking session dates will be discussed during the consultation with our photographer.

What is your Customer Service Availability?
Our website is the first place to visit when looking for answers.
Please expect a response no earlier than one business day and no later than 3 business days. We have a waitlist at times, so we will respond as best as we are able to.
If an email is sent over the weekend between Saturday and Monday, then expect a response as soon as the next business day from when it was sent. Our photographer will be available to respond to their clients emails and questions during these times.
Upon initial contact about bookings, "Please fill out the questionnaire here: Contact Us so that we have the information we need to further assist you".
What is the purpose of the Consultation form?
We are much better able to assist you with your inquiries and booking request after you've filled out the initial form here: Contact Us which will explain more in detail for you.
How do I get in touch with the Photographer?
After we have all the information that we need, we will send you a follow up email that includes your pricing along with further information that will connect you with our photographer.
Your photographer will work you from that point on. Please feel free to email us if you need anything that is outside the role of the photographer.
Every commissioned project we take on is determined by a session to session basis.
HCM Rights:
We do reserve the right to refuse any client, and any of our services; for any reason at any given time upon us agreeing to offer our services. We are a business who prefers to keep things very professional. We hope we won't have to do so, but if it a need is seen then we will be be enforcing this healthy boundary to protect our business and our employees were it to be necessary.
Is there a Cancellation Fee? If so, how much?
HCM Cancellation Policy:
Yes, there is a $45 cancellation fee that is non refundable.
We encourage you to reschedule before considering a cancellation.
However, if rescheduling isn't your preferred choice, then please make sure to cancel your booking within 48 hours of that decision.
We require a 48 hour notice prior to the agreed upon scheduled booking session time you were allotted.
